iOS
- Enable location services from your device settings (see Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support); Important Note: Location services may not work if you choose While Using the App option, so we recommend that you select Always.
- Be connected to a data network.
Android
- Enable location services from your device's settings (see Choose which apps use your Android device’s location - Google Support).
- Be connected to a data network.
- Stay outside in order to ensure good GPS signal.
Note: You might also need to update to the latest version of your OS.
