If your arrow is pointing in the wrong direction or not moving, make sure that:
- The location services are enabled from the settings of your device (see Android or Apple Support).
- Your device is connected to a data network.
- You are standing outside in order to obtain a good GPS signal.
- Your compass is calibrated.
- Your device incorporates a magnetic sensor (Verify on the manufacturer's website).
- Your device isn't near metallic or magnetic objects (for example: magnetic closures or metal cases can alter the position of the compass). The magnetic sensors are very sensitive to interference.
Note: You might also need to update to the latest version of your OS.
