[Timetable] How to adjust the prayer times?

Accurate prayer times are calculated based on your location as well as a set of rules and methods. The application tries to automatically apply the appropriate settings for your location but you may need to modify them.

iOS

1. Go to the home page and tap Settings  of the city whose prayer times you want to adjust.

2. Tap Adjust Prayer Times.

3. You have several options to adjust prayer times:

• If you observe small differences (usually between 1 and 10 minutes), you may need to adjust manually every prayer time by adding or removing one or more minutes until obtaining the most accurate time.
          a. In section Manual Prayer Times Adjustments, tap Fajr / Dhuhr / Asr / Maghrib or Isha Time.
          b. Add or remove one or more minutes until obtaining the most accurate time.
          c. Tap OK.
• If you observe larger differences (more than 10 minutes), you may need to modify the calculation method (convention), or adjust the Asr calculation and the angle based method.
          a. Tap Method / Angle based method or Asr Method.
          b. Select the method used in your mosque.
• If you observe differences higher than 1 hour for all prayers, they are usually due to an incorrect Time Zone. It can be changed from the menu.
  a. Tap Coordinated Universal Time.
  b. Select your Time Zone.
