[Location] Why can't I find my city?

If you are unable to find your current location, please try again, making sure that:

​iOS

• Enable location services from your device's settings (see Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support); Important Note: Location services may not work if you choose While Using the app option, so we recommend that you select Always.
• Be connected to a data network.
  

​Android

• Enable location services from your device settings (see Choose which apps use your Android device's location - Google Support).
• Be connected to a data network.
• Stay outside to ensure a good GPS signal.
  

Note: You may also need to update the latest version of your operating system.
